Products – your questions?

Directly at our at-hena Golf Center in Dietikon or at one of our sales locations in Switzerland.

With an electric golf trolley you have less muscular tension and require less strength than with the handcart / carrying bag and thus you can concentrate longer.

As a Swiss company, we specialize in the design, development, advice and service of at-hena electric golf trolleys. We advise you competently, tailored to your needs and guarantee you top service.

Care & maintenance of the electric golf trolley

at-hena electric golf trolleys have installed various electronic components. Therefore, use a damp cloth for cleaning and avoid too much water contact. Water baths or compressed air combined with water are absolutely unsuitable for electric golf trolleys.

We recommend professional maintenance every 1 to 2 years, depending on frequency of use. Regular maintenance service can extend the life of your electric golf trolley.

We recommend storing the at-hena batteries at room temperature. The battery should not be stored below 5° C (e.g. unheated garage/basement) or above 45° C (in the middle of summer in the car). If you are not using it for a long time, we recommend fully charging it every 2 to 3 months.

We recommend having the battery checked by us as soon as possible. If only the plastic housing is damaged, we will replace it and consequential damage can be prevented.

Operation & use of your electric golf trolley

For safety reasons, the trolley stops automatically if it does not receive an impulse for a certain period of time (pressing a button on the remote control). For this reason, you should give an impulse with the remote control from time to time during longer walking distances.

It is possible that the electronics of the golf trolley stop operating if the battery voltage is too low in order to avoid deep discharge of the battery. As soon as the electronics or one of the two motors is overloaded due to excessively high temperatures, the golf trolley switches off automatically. After the temperature has normalized, the trolley can be switched on again.

Check whether the battery is fully charged and whether it is correctly connected to the trolley. Then press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds.

Check whether the two large wheels are correctly and flush mounted. Then check that the speed wheel is at the stop (anti-clockwise) before you turn it to drive off.

Make sure that the weight distribution in the golf bag is roughly balanced. Loosen the two silver nuts on the front wheel slightly in order to then readjust the straight-line stability using the black nuts on the side.

All at-hena trolleys have an emergency freewheel function. To do this, lock both large wheels in the outer position so that a slight gap to the motors becomes visible.
